FERGUSON, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Six students from the Ferguson-Florissant School District have made history as the first all-female class of the Red Tail Cadet Program.
The following 2025 cadets represent each of the district’s high schools:
- Attiona Umana – McCluer North High School
- Ameria Turner – McCluer High School
- Laila Williams – STEAM Academy High School
- Mackenzie Mansaray – STEAM Academy High School
- Yelena Dominguez-Stremmel – STEAM Academy High School
- Jenae Patterson – McCluer High School
The Red Tail Cadet Program, which is in its fifth year, is exclusive to students in the Ferguson-Florissant School District. The six-week program honors the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, and is made possible through a partnership with The Crossing Church, Elite Aviation at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS), and St. Louis County.
