The Office and location
The office is located in Pankrác, Prague 4, directly across from the Arkády Pankrác shopping mall. Meet the Boss
Miloš Broulík, X-Barclays Digital Platform Engineering Director, joined Barclays as a junior analyst in 2012 with part-time experience and a strong passion for coding and problem-solving. Barclays allowed him to grow, take ownership, and be recognized for his contributions, progressing to his leadership role in Research IT, and eventually moving to XDP Senior Leadership.
Early in his career, he led the development of the ReviewList app, collaborating directly with senior stakeholders in New York—a success that earned him his first promotion. In his own words, Barclays is a great place for talent to grow—one can take on as much responsibility as one can handle and be rewarded for it.
