According to The Information, Google may unveil its own version of Rabbit’s large action model concept in December. Referred to as “Project Jarvis,” the tool is said to assist users with tasks like research, shopping, and booking flights, as confirmed by sources familiar with the project.
Powered by a future iteration of Google’s Gemini, Jarvis is designed to operate exclusively within a web browser, specifically optimized for Chrome. The tool aims to streamline “everyday, web-based tasks” by analyzing screenshots, clicking buttons, and inputting text with a brief delay between actions.
Although a December debut for Jarvis is in consideration, The Information advises that Google’s plans are subject to change. The company may initially release the tool to a limited group of testers to address any potential issues.
