The Mobi Individual Baobab is a spacious tiny house that offers two bedrooms, along with a sofa bed for guests. It also features an exterior staircase that leads to a rooftop deck area.
Designed by Poland’s Mobi House, the Mobi Individual Baobab is built on a triple-axle trailer and measures 8.4 m (27.6 ft) in length. The exterior is clad in sheet metal with spruce accents and topped with a metal roof. The collapsible exterior staircase provides access to the rooftop terrace.
Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room, which includes a large L-shaped sofa bed with integrated storage and a ceiling-mounted TV. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with cabinetry, an oven with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink.
The kitchen leads to the bathroom with a mirrored sliding door. The bathroom is compact and offers additional storage, a flushing toilet, vanity sink, and shower.
Both bedrooms in the Mobi Individual Baobab are loft-style with low ceilings. They are accessed by a double staircase with integrated storage on the kitchen side. Each bedroom has a double bed and storage, with one of the bedrooms also featuring a single bed.
The Mobi Individual Baobab is equipped with an underfloor heating system and a mini-split air conditioning unit to ensure comfort during cold Polish winters.
The Mobi Individual Baobab was custom-built for a client in Poland, but pricing information is not available.
