The New York Giants made NFL history by being the first team eliminated from the playoffs this season on Thanksgiving, and to make matters worse, star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence suffered a dislocated elbow in the team’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday.
After the game, Lawrence was seen wearing a sling, and Giants head coach Brian Daboll confirmed that it’s a “long-term” injury with just five games left in the season.
