Former transgenders, parents, and activists gathered outside the U.S. Supreme Court in freezing temperatures to protest against child sex-change surgeries and treatments, which they labeled as “butchery” and “trauma.”
The rally coincided with the court’s hearing of oral arguments in U.S. v. Skrmetti, a case challenging Tennessee’s prohibition on puberty blockers and transgender surgeries for minors.
One of the speakers at the rally, Matt Walsh, a podcast host for the Daily Wire and creator of the “What Is a Woman” documentary, emphasized the importance of protecting children from the threats posed by the trans agenda.

Various groups, including Do No Harm, the Heritage Foundation, Catholic Vote, and the LGB Alliance, coordinated the rally.
Glenna Goldis from the LGB Alliance stated that many lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals view sex-change treatments as a type of conversion therapy.
