Bruce Pearl condemns Hamas terrorists following the release of 3 Israeli hostages.

Auburn Tigers men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl expressed strong sentiments on social media regarding a video showing Hamas terrorists handing over three Israeli hostages to the Red Cross.

The video depicted the hostages being transferred between vehicles amidst a large group of armed Hamas militants chanting “Allah Akbar” and standing atop the vehicle.

Pearl’s response conveyed his disapproval of the situation, emphasizing the need for peace and the release of hostages.

“This is what giving Palestinians Autonomy looks like. Does it look like they want peace?” he wrote on X. “RELEASE HOSTAGES NOW, then live in peace or leave town.”

Pearl is a staunch supporter of Israel and has been vocal about the ongoing conflict.

Israel’s recent agreement for a cease-fire with Hamas includes the release of hostages and a pause in hostilities.
