Tempers rose during the highly anticipated Top-25 women’s college basketball game between the LSU Tigers and the Oklahoma Sooners on Thursday.
The game was marked by players shoving, resulting in ejections, technical fouls for the coaches, and a notable clipboard-slapping incident by LSU coach Kim Mulkey. Sa’Myah Smith from LSU and Liz Scott from Oklahoma were both ejected from the game after a shoving incident in the first quarter.

Oklahoma’s Beatrice Culliton and Smith got tangled up while battling for position in the paint. This led to a shoving incident, resulting in Smith and Scott being ejected from the game.
After the ejections, play resumed with Oklahoma leading 12-11. The game ended with LSU securing a 107-100 victory over Oklahoma.
In the third quarter, Mulkey had a clipboard-slapping incident, and there were multiple technical fouls assessed during the game, resulting in a total of five technical fouls and 63 free throw attempts.
