A lawsuit is shedding light on Hollywood’s casting practices, revealing discrimination based on D.E.I. policies.

Comedian Tyler Fischer, known for his appearances on “Gutfeld!” and host of Fox Nation’s “No Pardon Needed,” opened up about his experiences in the entertainment industry in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, exposing what some experts call a clear case of discrimination.

“I was progressing in my acting career in Hollywood. But due to these DEI policies, I was directly told that we have too many white guys,” Fischer shared.

“I would book roles, only to be replaced because they needed someone who wasn’t a straight white guy. This went on for a decade until the last incident.”

Fischer disclosed that he recorded a conversation where a manager informed him that it was company policy to avoid hiring “straight white guys.” This recording became key evidence in his ongoing legal battle.

“I recorded the call and filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court three years ago. So, I’ve been fighting this stuff for ten years,” he explained.

“It’s real. And that’s another reason why people are turning to alternative media sources.”

“People would dismiss it, saying, ‘Don’t worry, you’ll be fine. You resemble Macaulay Culkin and David Spade.’ But it’s a real issue, which is why more people are seeking alternative media sources.”

Fischer initiated his lawsuit three years ago, and the case is currently in the discovery phase.

“It’s in the early stages. Whether it goes to trial remains uncertain. But it’s all on tape. Some experts have called it the most clear-cut discrimination case they’ve encountered because of the recorded evidence,” he revealed.

Despite the obstacles in his early career, Fischer is touring the U.S. and recently released a comedy special, “No Pardon Needed,” exclusively available to Fox Nation subscribers.

The special was filmed at Joe Rogan’s Comedy Mothership in Austin, TX on Jan. 20 — coinciding with President Donald Trump’s return to the White House for a second term.

The Inauguration-themed special provides a satirical view on current politics and culture, with Fischer blending political commentary with impersonations of notable figures like President-elect Trump, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Elon Musk, and others in Trump’s administration.

Fischer is recognized for his bold performances, especially his impressions of political figures and commentators. One of his YouTube skits mimicking Jordan Peterson from Daily Wire has amassed over one million views.

Aside from creating comedic content on social and political topics, Fischer is currently touring the U.S., making appearances on prominent podcasts like “The Joe Rogan Experience,” “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver,” and “Kill Tony.” He also starred in the movie, “Terror on the Prairie,” and voiced a character in the animated series, “Mr. Birchum.”
