Bible of Georgia Woman Remains Intact Despite Hurricane Helene’s Destruction

While thousands of people in Florida are dealing with the effects of Hurricane Milton, a woman in Georgia is still recovering from the aftermath of the previous weather disaster. Surprisingly, a divine item remained untouched amidst the destruction.

Cindy Cole, a 62-year-old grandmother from Nashville, Georgia, had her home destroyed by Hurricane Helene.

Cole recounted that when the storm hit on the night of Sept. 26 while she was asleep in her bedroom, she heard a voice that she believed was a message from a higher power urging her to move to another room in the house.

“I had this little voice that kept saying, ‘Get up! Go to another room in your house,'” she shared with SWNS.

Cole described how the voice persisted as she woke to find the electricity out, urging her to move to another room multiple times.

“I laid there, and I heard it [again] like three different times saying, ‘Get up! Go to another room in your house,’” she recalled.

Following the guidance, Cole left her room just in time for a large tree from her neighbor’s yard to crash into her bedroom within minutes, landing on her bed, as reported by SWNS.

“I’m thinking it was the Lord telling me to move to another room,” she reflected.

Returning to her room later, Cole was amazed to find her room destroyed but her Bible miraculously untouched.

“When I first saw the Bible, I’m like, ‘Oh look! I cannot believe that the Bible’s still standing,’” she exclaimed.
