Brittany Mahomes had the final laugh over Buffalo Bills fans on Sunday as she witnessed her husband and the Kansas City Chiefs secure victory in the AFC Championship and advance to Super Bowl LIX.
Mahomes posted on her Instagram Stories after the team’s 32-29 win, directly addressing the Bills Mafia and referencing the noose that was hung by some Bills fans around a Kermit the Frog doll dressed as Patrick Mahomes prior to their previous matchup in Week 11.

“Do we remember this Buffalo? Absolutely disgusting… So as you go home tonight, I pray we become better people,” she wrote in the post.
The Bills had won the regular-season game 30-21, one of the two losses the Chiefs faced during the season. The game took place at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York, rather than Kansas City, Missouri.
The Chiefs displayed resilience, and a late drive by Patrick Mahomes set up a Harrison Butker field goal that ultimately secured their victory.

Brittany Mahomes has shown she doesn’t forget criticisms from the past.
After the Super Bowl LVII win against the Philadelphia Eagles, she addressed a prediction made by former NFL star Bart Scott about the Chiefs missing the playoffs that season, following a Tyreek Hill trade.
Following the Chiefs’ AFC title victory over the Baltimore Ravens in the previous season, Mahomes had another message for the critics.
“We went there. We won. Anyone have anything else to say? See yall in Vegas,” she shared in an Instagram post at the time.
