CANTON – The following streets will close from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 10 for the African American Arts & Cultural Festival, according to the Police Department.
- Third and Fourth streets NW from McKinley Avenue to Market Avenue
- Dewalt and Court avenues NW from Second Street to Fifth Street
A parade of flags during this event will close Cleveland Avenue for a few minutes as it crosses.
