Concierge Auctions has announced a strategic partnership with Luxury Presence for website development and digital marketing services as of Jan. 29, according to a statement sent to Inman.

The agreement between the two companies will allow them to collaborate on various marketing initiatives to support their joint venture. This partnership will provide Concierge Auctions members with access to Luxury Presence’s advanced services while enabling Luxury Presence customers, who are typically top-performing agents and brokerages, to promote their listings within Concierge Auctions’ auction platform.

This partnership aims to enhance the digital presence of real estate professionals and engage high-net-worth buyers globally, as stated in the press release.

Chad Roffers, CEO of Concierge Auctions, emphasized the importance of partnering with a proven technology provider to support their agents in navigating the digital landscape and reaching discerning clients.

Concierge Auctions, which was acquired by Sotheby’s and Realogy, now operates under the name Anywhere. It is commonly associated with Sotheby’s International Realty listings and companies.

Luxury Presence, led by CEO Malte Kramer, has expanded from a high-end website development firm to offer marketing platforms and digital business systems. The company’s core offering remains its lead gen-driven websites, and it recently announced plans to create private listing networks for its brokerage partners.

This collaboration allows Luxury Presence to share its digital expertise with a broader audience of luxury agents, according to Kramer. The partnership will introduce new ways for agents to enhance their marketing capabilities and connect with clients in today’s competitive market.
