The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly increased their contract extension offer to CeeDee Lamb to more than $33 million per year, making him one of the NFL’s highest-paid receivers annually.
Additionally, the Cowboys have shortened their offer to four years, according to a report from DLLS Sports, matching the length of Justin Jefferson’s deal with the Vikings.
Last week, NFL Media reported that Lamb had not shown interest in the previous offer, which approached $33 million per year, falling just behind Jefferson for the highest receiver salary.
Lamb wanted an increase in annual salary, as well as adjustments to cash flow and guaranteed money in the deal, according to NFL Media.
As Lamb sits out of training camp, pressure mounts to finalize a deal before the season begins.
