President-elect Donald Trump will be present at FOX Nation’s Patriot Awards on Thursday to receive the Patriot of the Year award.
Sean Hannity, the host of Fox News, will host the sixth annual event and announced the news on “Hannity” on Tuesday.
The Patriot Awards recognize and honor America’s patriots, including military veterans, first responders, and other inspirational everyday heroes. The event will be livestreamed on FOX Nation starting at 8 p.m. EST, and an encore presentation will be aired on FNC on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 10 p.m. EST.

FOX News Media personalities, such as Will Cain, Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and others, will appear throughout the evening and act as presenters to honor America’s heroes in various categories.
The award categories include the “T2T Stephen Siller Back the Blue Award,” “FOX Weather Ultimate Patriot Award,” and several others.
At last year’s Patriot Awards in Nashville, notable recipients included James Patterson, World War II veteran Andy Negra, and officers from the Metro Nashville Police Department.
