Coldwell Banker Warburg is extending its team into Brooklyn’s trendy Dumbo neighborhood, according to the company’s announcement.
The new branch will serve as the company’s inaugural location in the borough after a long history of focusing on the Manhattan market.
“As our company continues to grow, it’s evident that we must broaden our presence in Brooklyn to support our agents in the fast-paced marketplace,” stated Kevelyn Guzman, the Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker Warburg. “We are prepared to meet the distinct needs of Brooklyn with the same expertise and individualized approach that defines our work in Manhattan.”
The company indicated that the new office in Dumbo will operate as a satellite office to its main headquarters in Manhattan. This additional space will facilitate operations, marketing, and media creation for agents outside of Manhattan.

Coldwell Banker Warburg was established in 2021 after Warburg Realty became the first to be branded under Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. This merger brought together two longstanding real estate leaders under the umbrella of Anywhere Real Estate. Guzman assumed leadership of the office last year.
