Google’s Squid Game Easter egg is simple and less stressful than the series’ deadly games. An animated version of Young-hee, the giant doll from Squid Game‘s Red Light, Green Light game will appear on the screen. Young-hee, accompanied by two masked guards, faces a row of six people in green tracksuits at the bottom of the screen. These players move forward when the blue “O” button is pressed, and stop when the red “X” button is clicked.

The objective is to move the players towards Young-hee when her back is turned, and stop when she looks at them. Young-hee sings the Korean phrase “무궁화꽃이 피었습니다” while facing away, signaling when to hit the red button.

In Google’s Squid Game Easter egg, the participants are not harmed if caught by Young-hee, they simply turn around and leave the arena, making the game family-friendly.
