Grizzlies dominate Warriors with 51-point victory, marking biggest NBA win of the season to date

Santi Aldama recorded 21 points and 14 rebounds, leading the Memphis Grizzlies to a historic 144-93 victory over the Golden State Warriors. This win marked the largest margin of victory in the NBA this season.

Stephen Curry struggled to score, finishing with only two points as the Warriors suffered their most significant loss since last season. The newly acquired Dennis Schröder also had a tough start in his Warriors debut, scoring five points on 2-of-12 shooting.

Jake LaRavia and Jaren Jackson Jr. contributed 19 and 17 points, respectively, for the Grizzlies. Aldama and Luke Kennard both hit five 3-pointers in the game.

Brandin Podziemski and Andrew Wiggins led the scoring for the Warriors with 21 and 19 points, respectively, in a game where they lost for the eighth time in the last ten outings.

Takeaways

Warriors: Schroder and Curry struggled from the field, combining to shoot 2 of 19 and missing all 10 3-point attempts. Curry had a particularly rough night, going 0 for 6 from beyond the arc.

Grizzlies: The Grizzlies set a new franchise record with 27 made 3-pointers, surpassing their previous mark of 25 set against Houston in 2023.
