Dave Bray USA. Dave Bray USA delivers a full spectrum of energy and emotions. As a U.S. Navy veteran and recording artist, Bray considers his music to be a continuation of his service. US Navy Band — Country Current. The U.S. Navy Band Country Current is the Navy’s premier country-bluegrass ensemble. The group is nationally renowned for its versatility and “eye-popping” musicianship, performing a blend of modern country music and cutting-edge bluegrass. This seven-member ensemble employs musicians from diverse backgrounds with extensive high profile recording and touring experience in the music scenes of Nashville, New York, New Orleans and more. 7 p.m. Sunday at the Springettsbury Township Park Amphitheater. Free.

Summer Camp: Sound Effects Camp. You’re watching a sci-fi movie. The villain’s henchmen pull out their laser guns, start shooting and you hear … silence? Most movie-goers take the sounds and music in their favorite films for granted, but they’re key to a great movie. You’ll work with producer and musician Chris Loser to sound design a short film and learn all about “foley” – the art of finding, or creating, just the right sound for whatever is happening on-screen. Then watch your work on the big screen with friends and family at the end of the week. For ages 8-13. July 9-11, 9 a.m. to noon at the Studio at the Appell Center, 50 N. George St., York. $110 per child.

Cheap Sneakers. Cheap Sneakers has been a cornerstone of the South Central Pennsylvania music scene for an incredible 38 years. They specialize in delivering high-energy, authentic covers of classic rock hits from the ‘70s and early ‘80s. The band is all about bringing back the golden age of rock ‘n’ roll with a sound that’s true to the originals. 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Springettsbury Township Park Amphitheater. Free.
