Imagine having a twin to help with your projects and plans, freeing up time to focus on educating your clients, a key aspect of prospecting for me.

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, creating a virtual twin through AI tools is now possible. In this article, I’ll introduce one such tool I’ve been experimenting with to create professional marketing content quickly.

Note: It’s important to be cautious when using this technology as it poses ethical considerations and risks related to online security and authenticity. It should not replace your genuine self in the long run.

Creating my AI twin

Among the many AI tools available, I chose Captions for its affordability, user-friendly interface, and ability to create lifelike representations. This tool is ideal for short-form video content creation, suitable for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.

I opted for the Max plan at $24.99 a month. The dashboard and instructions were intuitive, making it easy to create engaging content without extensive tutorials. While beginners may need time to learn the tool, those familiar with video creation will find it straightforward.

But how real is it?

I’d say it’s “in the ballpark.” While close friends couldn’t discern the AI aspect, those experienced in video editing and social media could. Despite minor flaws like lip-syncing, the tool’s quality is suitable for educational content and building relationships with prospects.

Pro tip: For superior results, consider hiring a professional videographer. Quality often reflects the investment made.

5 short video ideas to connect with your audience

Utilize AI tools to engage niche audience segments with lighthearted content. Ensure positivity and relevance in your messaging, as AI lacks emotional depth for sensitive topics.

 Seasonal intro

Create weekly messages with timely hooks to captivate your audience. Share seasonal updates or fun facts to enhance engagement across social platforms and communication channels.

FAQs

Curate a resource database using AI tools to address common client inquiries efficiently.

Calls to action

Promote new listings, buyer preferences, and local events creatively. Move beyond static posts to engage your audience effectively.

Local knowledge expert

Establish credibility as a local expert by sharing unique community insights. Educate clients about your area’s distinctive features and build trust through informative videos.

Mythbusting

Combat common misconceptions in real estate with informative content. Position yourself as a reliable source while guiding prospects and clients in making informed decisions.

Remember to prioritize providing valuable information rather than proving others wrong, fostering positive outcomes for your audience.

Use your twin for good, not evil

While AI tools offer immense potential, it’s crucial to wield them responsibly. Prevent misuse and prioritize human interaction in real estate to uphold ethical standards and ensure authentic client relationships.

Guard against the risks posed by deep fakes and other harmful AI applications. Maintain control over your business strategy and resist total reliance on AI for sustained success.

Embrace your AI twin creatively but remember, as Coke learned with its AI-generated content controversy, authenticity and human touch remain irreplaceable in building genuine connections.
