ICE detains wanted murderer from Brazil who is residing illegally

ICE agents in Philadelphia arrested a Senegalese illegal immigrant wanted for murder in Brazil.

Gora Tourie Fall, a 34-year-old citizen of Senegal, was arrested during a targeted enforcement operation on Dec. 10 in Philadelphia, according to ICE officials.

Fall was previously caught and released by the Border Patrol in Eagle Pass, Texas, in April 2021, officials stated. He was later issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge and released on parole.

Fox News Digital contacted the White House for a response to the arrest but has not received a reply yet.

About 100 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list were released into the U.S. during the Biden administration, as revealed in a House report from August.

“Under the Biden-Harris Administration, over 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist encountered at the border have been released into American communities, with many others still in DHS custody,” reads the report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee.

The report also highlights that immigration judges granted bond to numerous migrants on the watch list who entered illegally, including individuals from countries with potential national security risks.
