In a Jan. 28 statement, Canopy MLS stated that the AI assistant will provide subscribers with quick and easy access to critical information anytime, anywhere.
Ardi aims to provide fast, always-on service and support to members, reducing delays common to email-based support and even the most efficient human support teams. The assistant will continuously learn to become more proficient in answering questions and predicting additional required information for each support request.
Steve Byrd, Canopy MLS’s CTO and vice president, expressed excitement about bringing Ardi to Canopy MLS to enhance subscriber support. He mentioned that the AI-powered assistant will enable subscribers to quickly get answers to their questions anytime, even outside office hours. Ardi will improve access to information and extend support beyond traditional office hours to help subscribers save time and focus on serving their clients.
Users will be able to interact with Ardi via SMS, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, and other digital channels, and requests and responses can be delivered in 25 languages.
Voiceflip collaborates with real estate organizations to offer Flip, a white-label optional AI support system. It can handle tech support and basic service or assist in more sophisticated tasks such as natural language home search, lead scoring and persona analysis, data visualizations, CRM integrations, and other advanced AI and machine learning applications.
Voiceflip’s website states, “At Voiceflip, our team is a unique blend of real estate veterans, AI PhDs, data scientists, and accessibility advocates, united by a common goal: to make real estate data effortlessly accessible to everyone through our tool, FLIP, breaking down barriers in real estate search and interaction.”
The use of artificial intelligence in MLSs has been rapidly increasing, particularly through computer vision-based image reading. Restb.ai, based in Barcelona, has been driving adoption, enabling organizations to populate databases by uploading pictures.
For instance, in its partnership with MLS PIN, Restb.ai’s advanced image tagging identifies and labels listing features, room types, styles, and other characteristics. This saves thousands of hours between the listing agreement and the property’s arrival on the market when applied across the MLS membership base.
ListAssist, an Australian AI company, is another MLS provider offering computer vision and large language model products for compliance monitoring, listing data population, marketing, consumer search, and other member needs.
