Israel uses escalation to achieve de-escalation with Hezbollah amidst Israel-Lebanon attacks.

Israel is once again resorting to familiar tactics as it drums up support for a full-scale war on Lebanon.

Over the past few weeks, the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah along the Lebanon-Israel border has escalated into a full-blown crisis. Israeli airstrikes have forced thousands of Lebanese people from their homes, resulting in over 600 deaths.

In addition to military actions and preparations for a ground invasion, Israel is also employing psychological tactics to instill fear and sway public opinion towards supporting the war.
