Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is gearing up to play in the NFC Championship against the Philadelphia Eagles with a heavy heart.
Daniels plans to auction off one of his personalized Commanders coats to support the Los Angeles Fire Department, which has been grappling with destructive wildfires in the area.

The rookie, originally from Fontana, California, and an alum of Cajon High School in San Bernardino, first committed to Arizona State before transferring to LSU.
Daniels’ jacket features his No. 5 with team branding on the cuffs and chest. The coat’s design in burgundy and gold reads “Welcome to the team” at the bottom and “L.A. Strong” on the inside.

Kristin Juszczyk, designer for the San Francisco 49ers’ Kyle Juszczyk, created the jacket for Daniels. She gained popularity last year for custom jackets for Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner, worn to Chiefs and Lions games, respectively.
“We are auctioning off this jacket to support those impacted by the LA fires,” she shared on her Instagram Stories.
Only one jacket will be auctioned off.
