Behar recalled Trump’s frequent call-ins to various shows and interviews, suggesting that Democrats should follow suit to make their voices heard. She emphasized the importance of Democrats being more active in media appearances to push their message.
Behar also mentioned the need for a charismatic figure within the Democratic Party, akin to Trump, to effectively communicate with voters. The co-hosts deliberated on whether Democratic leaders should adopt a more provocative approach to engage with the public.
“It seems like the left needs a candidate who can resonate with the people and speak their language, even if it means being more candid and authentic in their communication,” Behar stated.
