Kayla Nicole is currently facing scrutiny on social media.
As a social media influencer with more than 800,000 Instagram followers, Nicole is most recognized for her past relationship with Travis Kelce before he started dating Taylor Swift.
The two of them were quite serious together.
During an appearance on WNBA All-Star Angel Reese’s podcast “Unapologetically Angel” in October, Nicole mentioned that she believed she and Kelce would eventually get married.
Nowadays, people are curious about when Kelce and Swift will tie the knot.
However, Nicole is back in the headlines because she will be part of season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
In a teaser for the show, Nicole, 32, is introduced alongside other celebrities such as Denise Richards and Brody Jenner.
At one point, she is seen wiping away tears and expressing, “Going through a public breakup, it’s been overwhelming.”
Later, when fellow contestant Alana Blanchard inquires about the person Nicole is referring to, she quietly mentions “Travis Kelce.”
It’s likely that Nicole was chosen for the show because of her past with Kelce, and producers probably wanted her to discuss their relationship during the program.
Despite that, many individuals are not sympathetic towards Nicole’s position.
Specifically, fans of Taylor Swift are demanding that Nicole stop talking about Kelce.

Previously, Nicole disclosed that she and Kelce connected through Instagram.
“He had been following me and insta-flirting for a few months,” she mentioned in a now-deleted Instagram Stories post captured by TMZ.
As mentioned earlier, Nicole spoke openly about her past with Kelce in a recent podcast episode with Reese.
“I would be lying if I said that that level of hate and just online chaos doesn’t impact me,” Kayla confessed on the Unapologetically Angel podcast. “You could go to my most recent post and it’ll be people debating why I’m worthless and how I’ll never be a talented person.”
When asked by Reese why she believes she is facing such backlash following the end of their on-off five-year relationship, Nicole replied, “I don’t know. I think that there’s something about that level of fame that attracts crazy people, and it’s unfortunate because I’ve never done anything to warrant that kind of backlash.”
