L.A. Reid puts up Bel Air mansion for sale for a hefty sum

L.A. Reid is attempting to once again unload his Los Angeles mega mansion … because it has been relisted for millions of dollars.

Real estate sources reveal that Reid put the Bel Air estate back on the market for $17.5 million. The property boasts 7 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and over 11,000 square feet of living space.

The property features all the luxuries and is a paradise for entertainers. It includes a large pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and a spacious grassy yard.

Additionally, there is a gym, home theater with an en-suite bar, a 300-bottle wine cellar, and scenic canyon and city views.

Reid has made previous attempts to sell the property. In 2019, it was initially listed for $22.9 million, followed by a re-listing in 2023 at $21.5 million.

Last year, the price was reduced to below $20 million. In 2024, it was relisted at $20 million, but faced challenges in finding a buyer.
