Mahbub Ahmed’s Regular Column, “California’s Letter”

🔥🔥

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

“California’s Fire, the Rudra Form, Standing Helplessly Near the Great Destruction of History’s Wildfires”

California’s Letter. My column. Regular column but not written regularly. I feel guilty. I feel the urge inside me but I couldn’t make time. The strange thing is, today’s column can be said to be entirely California-centric.

This column of California’s Letter is therefore very realistic and in a short format, the story of becoming a part of history by experiencing the destruction of the largest wildfire in history up close.

Writer Samaresh Majumdar wrote in one of his articles, “The ashes are memories and the fire is present.” The fire or wildfire is still present here, but it is burning in several other parts of the amazing California. So it is not just ashes but fire and present.

For almost a century, I have been living in this extraordinary state of the smallest beloved planet in the solar system called Earth. Whether it is love or not, with many dreams and struggles of many lives, California is a name that flows secretly in my blood. I feel the flow in my blood. And due to several such emotional problems, despite the opportunities and temptations of a much easier life, I could not escape from California.

And there is no dispute about the fact that California is one of the most expensive states in the United States. And a state with the best potential and outstanding natural spring weather. But for some strange reason, someone started living here and does not express interest in moving anywhere else. Although statistics say that people are moving to other low-cost states, the number is very small.

California was admitted as the 31st state of the United States in 1850. California is the largest state in the United States in terms of population. It is the third largest state in the United States in terms of area.

California—This beautiful state on the west coast of the United States is not only famous for its natural beauty and the Golden Gate Bridge or the Hollywood movie world or the IT world, but it has also faced a terrifying reality at this time and has become famous for wildfires in a new way. The damage to which is unknown to anyone in the world. Some estimate it to be over 250 billion US dollars.

My family is safe now. I am deeply grateful to the Almighty God that I can say this easily. However, for three nights, I was mentally devastated and was ready to leave everything and run away with my whole family. I have to run away by dodging the wildfires.

In our lives, it seems that not everything can be avoided, for example, a week ago, the rich man who was beyond his imagination was homeless, but today he is homeless. However, there are many things associated with this word homeless, such as memory. Such as a sense of helplessness. I do not have the opportunity to discuss everything in this short column. However, I can say this little bit that the forest area that is being destroyed in this fire is not only the loss of California, but of all the people of the world.

And the homes of all those who are displaced in California today can actually be said to be insured. They may not get back the homes with memories, but they will get the money to build a new house, even if it is late. So some critical people do not have the opportunity to be very happy. However, there is no opportunity to compensate for this loss caused to nature. No one has the ability to handle this loss. It is very difficult to see several of my rich and successful business friends losing everything and becoming destitute. However, many people say that they will become richer, so strengthen your mind with this perspective.

In fact, the fires that have been destroying the soil, forests and human lives here for years. When these fires spread, they not only destroy trees and homes; but also create a deep crisis for human emotions, the balance of the environment and future generations. Wildfires used to be a terrible experience that lasted all year for us Californians, but today’s reality is different.

However, this time the fires in California can be caused by both natural and man-made causes. Climate change, severe dry weather, power line disturbances and human negligence play a big role in the spread of such fires. But everything is devastating and the experience will be one of the most brutal experiences in history. If we can talk about it in small terms, such as wildfires are not only destroying forests, they are also having a serious impact on California’s economy, agriculture, wildlife and housing system.

The wildfire has killed 24 people so far, 16 in the Eaton Fire Zone and 8 in the Palisade area. At least 13 more are missing. More than 12,000 structures have been destroyed. 13 more are missing. About 180,000 residents have been evacuated. Another 166,000 people have been told to prepare to leave.

Among the millions of people affected and displaced by the wildfires are American stars Paris Hilton, Tom Hanks, Ben Affleck, Maria Shiver, Mel Gibson, Pete Lee, Melissa Claire Egan, Anthony Hopkins, Miles Teller, Kelly Teller, Tina Knowles, and many more.

The tireless work of firefighters and the bravery of locals in fighting the fires presents a unique human picture during this crisis.
Global warming is increasing the size and intensity of wildfires.

Is it possible to save California’s forests at all? What do environmental scientists say? The effects of climate change are already being felt around the world, but in regions like California, it has become particularly devastating. Rising temperatures, long dry seasons, and excessive wind flow are creating an ideal environment for wildfires. Scientists predict that the size and intensity of these fires will increase further in the future if immediate and effective action is not taken.

California is looking for a way out of this crisis by protecting natural forests, building environmentally friendly electricity connections, and building fire-resistant infrastructure. A comprehensive strategy of possible solutions to rebuild California’s forests and prevent wildfires is needed, which is a subject that is endlessly discussed and reviewed.

In California’s letter, I do not want to take a long time to reiterate my opinion, but I would like to express my gratitude again to those who have reached out to me and my family members and prayed for their prayers.

And to those people and various media outlets who have continuously prayed for the destruction of the United States, I say that this America has many kinds of humanitarian and inhuman political roles, but through the millions of dollars donated by ordinary people in the United States, the financial situation of a large part of the helpless people of the world is managed. Therefore, I would like to request that you try to understand the matter with human values during natural disasters.

No one can afford to exceed the limits of natural disasters worldwide. Every country in the world can be destroyed at any moment. Where as Bangladesh, whose level of pollution is unusual.

Let us build a movement to address the ongoing wounds and natural care of this beloved human-friendly planet of our universe.
