Booking a venue for a company event can be a daunting task, involving multiple vendors, quotes, negotiations, and approvals. Many companies opt for Airbnb or Booking.com or work with an agency to simplify the process, especially for larger groups.
Naboo, a French startup, aims to streamline the corporate retreat market with a marketplace similar to Airbnb. They offer accommodation as well as catering, activities, and transportation services.
Naboo also provides a SaaS platform for MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) to help corporate clients define procurement policies, manage workflows, invoices, and payments.
With a centralized marketplace, Naboo attracts big corporate clients looking to consolidate spending and monitor budgets effectively. The company’s booking volumes increased to €60 million in 2024, with a revenue of around €10 million.
Naboo serves 10% of French CAC40 index companies and has 10 contracts generating over €1 million in bookings annually, including clients like Google, Société Générale, and Thales.
Recently, Naboo raised a €20 million Series A round led by Notion Capital to automate manual tasks, expand to new markets like the U.K., and enhance their services. The company currently has 140 employees, including 20 freelancers.
