Philadelphia Eagles super fan, young and starstruck, receives surprise from Bradley Cooper at Super Bowl

A Hollywood star surprised an 8-year-old Philadelphia Eagles super fan with Super Bowl tickets, creating a memorable moment for Declan LeBaron.

Bradley Cooper gifted Declan with the tickets, leading to his excitement and newfound admiration for the actor.

“So exciting!” exclaimed Declan, expressing his joy. When asked about Cooper, he sweetly replied, “Now I am.”

Declan’s favorite movie featuring Bradley Cooper is Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy,” where he played Rocket Raccoon.

Recently, Declan and his family appeared on the “Today” show, celebrating his Super Bowl surprise with confetti and music.

Declan’s mother, Jillian, shared how Declan eagerly shared his news with friends after receiving the tickets.

When asked if his friends supported him, Declan mentioned, “They’re really excited for me.”

Last month, Declan went viral for his generous act of winning and donating $1,000 from a social media influencer during a shopping trip. He also won tickets to the NFC championship.

Declan attributed his act of donating the prize money to learning to “pay it forward” in school.

Declan, who is battling systemic juvenile arthritis, showcases immense strength in facing his health challenges.

Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) is a subtype of juvenile idiopathic arthritis characterized by fever, arthritis, and rash, according to the National Institute of Health.

Declan’s mother described his resilience in facing the challenges associated with his rare condition.

“He got diagnosed two years ago, experiencing various difficulties, but he handles everything with grace. It’s been really tough seeing your child in pain,” said Jillian.

“He has siblings at home, so there are times when mom is with Declan at the hospital while the other two are navigating their own struggles.”

Remaining optimistic, Declan and his family are currently in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX, cheering for the Eagles and ending with a message of “Fly Eagles Fly.”

The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs on February 9th at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
