Additionally, a Meta support forum community manager mentioned in an update that new support guidelines should be provided to users.
Meta posted on December 6th addressing software update issues impacting “some new Quest 3S devices.” However, the company did not specify the involvement of Quest 2 or 3 headsets or the specific software version affected, as reported by UploadVR this week. Meta also announced the release of its latest update, Meta Quest v71, on December 9th, which included new features such as a revamped virtual desktop display connection method and keyboard passthrough support in virtual environments.
