Team India skipper Rohit Sharma and all-rounder Hardik Pandya were spotted practicing together in Navi Mumbai. A video capturing their practice session is circulating on social media.
The squads for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy have been revealed by six out of the eight participating nations, with Team India and hosts Pakistan yet to announce theirs. India has already declared their team for the upcoming T20I series against England, which includes Hardik Pandya.
Prior to the squad announcement, both Pandya and Sharma were seen in action at the Reliance Cricket Stadium in Ghansoli. This ground is often used as a practice facility by the Mumbai Indians and has hosted matches of the DY Patil T20 Cup. Rohit was swinging the bat while Pandya was seen bowling in the nets.

Expectations for Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya in the 2025 Champions Trophy
Both Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma are anticipated to be part of the upcoming edition of the Champions Trophy. The duo had represented India in the 2017 tournament, with Pandya playing a crucial innings of 76 runs off 43 balls in the final against Pakistan.
Rohit Sharma also made significant contributions during the 2017 tournament, including an unbeaten 123 in the semi-finals against Bangladesh, leading India to the finals. He had previously played a key role in India’s victory in the 2013 Champions Trophy as well.
