On June 20, the every Friday 6pm to midnight Vallejo Late Night Basketball program successfully started with over 150 participants and over 50 volunteers from numerous sponsors enjoying the community-building activities at Elite Public Schools on 100 Whitney Ave in Vallejo. On June 21, the annual Vallejo Juneteenth was again successful with over 2,000 enjoying the festivities and the great weather. Useful information on Veterans, health and social services, and other local resources were also provided by many government and community-based organizations. On June 27, the new 2025-26 Soroptimist International Vallejo - www.SIVallejo.org - officers were sworn-in by www.si-founderregion.org Governor-elect Jackie De Vries at the Vallejo Brewing Company.
