Christina Haack’s divorce from Josh Hall is still ongoing, despite a recent twist in the story.
As she continues to battle her ex-husband Josh Hall in court, aspects of Christina’s life are put on hold.
Previously, we reported on the dispute over Christina’s property. Even though she is the sole owner of a house in Tennessee, Josh requested the court to prevent her from selling it so he can keep living there.
She has taken the expensive home off the market. Will this be a victory for Josh?
Yes, Josh Hall and Christina Haack’s divorce is still ongoing
Viewers of HGTV recently saw Christina Haack having a cozy moment with ex-husband Josh Hall on Christina In The Country.
However, the Season 2 premiere was filmed months before airing, and their on-screen happiness does not represent the current reality.
To confirm that Josh and Christina’s divorce is still in progress, just look at their house situation.
Some time ago, Christina bought a large modern farmhouse in Tennessee. The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and plenty of privacy on a vast property.
She acquired the property in February 2021, before her marriage to Josh in October of the same year. Their bitter split occurred in July 2024.
While the home offers privacy, one thing that’s become public is the removal of the listing for the house reported by Life & Style.
What’s happening with Christina Haack’s house?
On October 4, Christina announced that she was selling her Franklin, Tennessee house, listing it on the market for potential buyers.
Just five days later, Josh filed a request with the court to prevent his estranged ex-wife from selling the property.
He claims two reasons for this action. First, he has been living there, and second, he states an “appreciation interest” in the property, noting he made mortgage payments during their marriage.
