RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Advantage Realty have officially merged, creating a powerhouse brokerage with 240 agents dedicated to serving clients throughout Southern Colorado, the firm announced Tuesday.

The firm specializes in residential sales, including single-family condos and townhomes, as well as commercial real estate and property management.
With seven office locations across Colorado Springs, La Junta, and Alamosa, its reach spans El Paso County, the Pikes Peak Region, the Lower Arkansas Valley, and the San Luis Valley.
Tony Clement brings over 24 years of real estate experience to the firm. He became broker manager of RE/MAX Properties in 2008 and co-broker-owner in 2015. Brooke Clement joined RE/MAX Properties in 2004 and held various roles, including marketing manager and Director of Operations. As co-owner, she will continue to support the firm’s operations, management team, and staff.
Scott and Traci O’Connor have been in real estate for over two decades. They became the owners of RE/MAX Advantage Realty in January 2022. Traci has been with RE/MAX Advantage since 2003, while Scott joined in 2017. He advanced to sales manager in 2019 before becoming the employing broker after taking ownership in 2022.
