A fast-moving wildfire has triggered Level 3 “Go Now” evacuation orders near Bonney Lake, Washington, as the blaze has already scorched approximately 50 acres. The authorities are urging residents between Bonnie Lake and Texas Ferry Road, including the areas which are to the north of Bonnie Lake, to evacuate immediately.
The wildfire is hard to control because it is jumping to new areas and burning intensely, as per social media reports.
Firefighters have reportedly reached the fire’s edge, according to Spokane County Fire District 8. Dense smoke continues to rise over the area as crews work to prevent further spread.
This is a developing story.
