Have you ever considered that most productivity “experts” don’t actually follow their own advice?

The tips they give and the apps they promote are often not effective, and they themselves don’t use them!

When was the last time you tried out a productivity app, only to use it briefly and then forget about it?

Was it recently? Today? Perhaps even this morning?

And when was the last time you wasted time reading articles on productivity instead of actually being productive?

Are you doing that right now?

Imagine playing basketball against LeBron James. You have all the best gear, but he’s in casual attire. Who would win?

This may seem absurd, but we often play a similar game with productivity every day.

The tools we use aren’t as important as we think.

Beginners tend to focus on productivity hacks, apps, and tools. It’s easier and more enjoyable to experiment with new gadgets than to stick to what actually works.

In reality, basics like a calendar, pen, and paper can be just as effective, if not more so, than fancy apps. Take a look at my calendar system as an example.
