The next DLC for GTA Online, titled Agents of Sabotage, has been announced by Rockstar Games. The update will introduce a new business related to the Garment Factory, among other exciting details.
Players have been eagerly awaiting this DLC, especially with the buzz surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6. While the exact release time for the 2024 Winter DLC has not been revealed, it is expected to follow a similar pattern to previous updates.

When could Rockstar release the GTA Online update (Agents of Sabotage Winter DLC) today?
Rockstar Games has not shared many details about the GTA Online update (Agents of Sabotage Winter DLC), aside from confirming the release date on December 10, 2024.
While there hasn’t been an extensive Newswire post yet, previous update patterns can give us an idea of the expected timing.
Based on the timing of past updates like The Chop Shop DLC and Los Santos Drug Wars DLC, it is reasonable to anticipate a similar release schedule across all platforms:

Rockstar may potentially change the release time of the update, so stay tuned. PS4 and PS5 players can preload the update, while Xbox and PC users will have to wait until the official release time to download the patch.
Agents of Sabotage is expected to provide smaller content compared to previous DLCs. So far, the update has revealed the Darnell Bros Garment Factory, Bravado Banshee GTS, and Police Predator Boat.
Once the GTA Online update is live, players currently logged in may need to restart the game to access the new content.
