- Obstacles not exhibiting the snowfall effect even after applying snow.
- Incorrect sounds triggered by moving or tapping on obstacles.
- Builder Apprentice failing to complete Hero tasks while players were offline for extended periods.
- Lab Assistant malfunctioning upon players logging into the game.
Supercell communicated about this maintenance break and the targeted issues on the game’s social media platforms, endeavoring to keep the break brief.
After 40 minutes, the game’s servers were online again. Supercell urged players to install an optional 16.654.16 update to resolve all bugs.
The situation escalated when players installing the update encountered new bugs affecting the trophy count system in multiplayer raids. To rectify this, Supercell initiated an emergency maintenance break that has been ongoing for over two hours.
In their latest update, the developer assured that the team is actively addressing the impact of the trophy count bug and working on resolving affected accounts.
