Who will safeguard civilians in war-ravaged Sudan? | Conflict News

United Nations experts have reported serious human rights violations committed by both sides in the war.

Sudan is currently facing one of the world’s most severe humanitarian crises.

Recent investigations have revealed that both sides have committed atrocities that could amount to war crimes.

With this in mind, who will be responsible for holding the perpetrators accountable?

And what does the government’s rejection of intervention from international forces mean for the people of Sudan?
