Woman accused of using brick to vandalize Tesla car in Boston incident

The Boston Police Department (BPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a woman suspected of vandalizing a Tesla with a brick on Sunday night. 

The incident occurred near 10 O Street in South Boston, where the car was parked by the curb. 

The department has released surveillance images of the woman.

Police are urging anyone with information to contact Boston Police’s District C-6 Detectives or share a tip anonymously.

Teslas across the nation have faced vandalism by anti-Elon Musk activists. Musk plays a leading role in the Department of Government Efficiency and is closely collaborating with President Donald Trump to eliminate government waste.

Recently, a man was caught vandalizing a woman’s Tesla Cybertruck outside Omni Mountain Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. 

The incident was captured on the car’s Sentry Mode video, and the owner, Kerry Pouliot, promptly alerted the authorities. The man was questioned by police at the scene, with the incident now under investigation.

In another case of vandalism, a man was apprehended in West Fargo, North Dakota, over the weekend for allegedly scratching a Cybertruck in a Costco parking lot. He was also captured on Sentry Mode footage and subsequently arrested. The police have charged him with a felony.

At least one Tesla owner is fighting back. 

A Dallas man whose Tesla Model X was vandalized in the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport parking lot sued the man police allege is responsible for damaging his vehicle. Rafael Hernandez was arrested March 22 on a criminal mischief charge by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office after he was recorded on Sentry Mode.

The victim, who remains unnamed, mentioned to Fox News Digital that he is suing Hernandez for over $1 million.

He stated that the accused man’s “motives were wrong, and [Hernandez’s] acts were intentional — it is for a judge and jury to decide, based on the facts, what his punishment should be. I strongly believe that I was targeted because my car is a Tesla.”

Four individuals have been federally charged in connection with firebombings of Tesla facilities and charging stations nationwide.
