WWE legend Triple H reflects on unexpected induction into Hall of Fame

Paul “Triple H” Levesque received a surprising announcement last week at WWE HQ, where CEO Nick Khan and legends Shawn Michaels and Undertaker revealed he would be the first member of the 2025 Hall of Fame class.

Levesque will enter the Hall of Fame as a solo wrestler, after previously being inducted as part of the D-Generation X tag-team with Michaels. Together, they played key roles in the “Monday Night Wars” against World Championship Wrestling in the late 1990s.

At the Royal Rumble post-event press conference, Levesque expressed his gratitude for the honor, especially towards CEO Nick Khan, whom he deeply respects.

During a company address by Khan last week, Michaels and Undertaker surprised Levesque with the announcement, leaving him speechless and jokingly threatening to “kill” Khan.
